Summary
Isibindi aims to create save spaces where youth from difficult or disadvantaged backgrounds can become part of a community and have the support to courageously pursue their purpose and passions.
About the Organisation
We currently operate four homes in the Western Cape, that serve as a supportive living environment for adults aged 18 to 24. During their residency with us, we provide essential life skills training, including managing rent payments and personal care. We also strongly encourage our residents to pursue either employment or further education to foster independence and personal growth.
Our Aftercare center provides a safe space for primary school children to do homework and get at least one nutritious meal.
We recently renovated shipping containers into living spaces now serving as our Isibindi boarding home. We believe a structured environment can lead to children working hard towards their future.

This is where our High school children stay during the week and can focus on their school work. It is run like a home away from home. They have duties to do and we focus on schooling mostly.
